The Youth Council Next Generation is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation committed to empowering young individuals through self-directed activities. We offer platforms for youth to discover innovative and captivating endeavors. Our volunteer-led team champions youth activism and initiatives promoting self-expression, with a focus on nurturing personal growth, skill development, creativity, and global collaboration.

 

Our overarching objectives are:

About the partner organisation

 

La Generation de Demain is a non-profit, Non-Governmental Organization established in 2020 in Bordeaux, France.


Through our initiatives, we aim to implement various projects involving international youth exchanges to raise awareness about the future and to make it better.

 

The Association is committed to sharing principles and values that are of great importance in everyday life, fostering a serene and harmonious coexistence.

 

Our primary objectives include raising environmental awareness among the younger generation, strengthening global solidarity, promoting the human benefits of volunteering, advancing informal education, combating social isolation, and teaching the effective use of social networks for societal benefit. We also aim to enhance cultural openness, language skills, and intercultural interaction by engaging with people from diverse nationalities, fostering a love for sharing and mutual respect.

 

We are a young, dynamic team dedicated to helping each individual become the best version of themselves and to offering this planet the care it deserves. By doing so, every individual will be able to thrive and grow from this experience while contributing positively to the world around them.

Learning Library is an SME (Small and Midsize Enterprise) company from Estonia focused on providing services in the field of education and learning. The company idea was created in 2021, while the company officially registered in 2022.

 

The company’s headquarters are based in Tallinn, Estonia, but the business activities take place across Europe thanks to Estonia’s leading role in digitalising businesses.

 

Our mission is to bring innovation and new educational approaches to learning and educating.

 

Our approach is based on non-formal education (NFE) since, as a team, we come from the background of working in the field of NFE and bring together more than 10 years of experience and expertise. We cooperate with educational organisations, institutions and other companies connected to the field of NFE.

 

 

About the hub in Estonia

 

Hub in Estonia is organised in virtual surrounding, gathering 25 youngsters across the country during the regular monthly activities in format of meetings and campaigns.

About the partner organisation

 

We are a non-governmental organisation from Zagreb, established in order to provide learning and volunteering opportunities to youth.

 

Carousel 8 is working on informing youngsters and other target groups about local, national and European opportunities for their personal and professional development.

In the local community, Carousel 8 organises educational workshops focused on personal development and active citizenship, primarily through volunteering opportunities and mentoring informal groups of youngsters.

 

We organise local workshops on the topics of mental health, media literacy, ecology, active participation and intercultural dialogue to raise the active citizenship of youngsters and support them in reaching their full potential.

 

 

About the hub in Croatia

 

Youth Leaders’ Hub in Croatia was established in April 2024 and activities are organised monthly in the space of the local municipality in Zagreb. Hub gathers 25 young people from Zagreb and its surroundings, age 18-25 where they explore topics of democracy and media literacy. Our hub is a dedicated space where young individuals gather to develop leadership skills, learn about democratic processes, and engage in social initiatives.

About the partner organisation

 

NGO “Well-being Lab” is an educational organisation born to make well-being tools attractive and accessible to everyone.

Organisation gathers qualified psychologists, educators, project managers and trainers. We work with young people aged 18 to 30 years old and youth workers who work with young people in Malmö, Sweden, and other countries in Europe. The main areas of our work are non-formal education, youth inclusion, well-being, and mental health.


We use different approaches and methods in our work to bring the understanding of well-being, mental health, inclusion, and empathy-based communication. Our mission is to create a platform for young people from different backgrounds and youth workers in Sweden and abroad to talk about well-being and their mental health so that we can prevent burnout and mental health-related illnesses and live a healthier and more balanced life.

 

We organise local workshops on the topics of mental health, media literacy, ecology, active participation and intercultural dialogue to raise the active citizenship of youngsters and support them in reaching their full potential.

 

 

About the hub in Sweden

 

The Youth Hubs under project “Do You Know Your Democracy” are facilitated by our team member youth worker and educator Emir Mujezinovic.
